Dahi Bhalla is a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent and popular throughout South Asia. It is prepared by soaking vadas in thick dahi. Homemade yogurt with bhalla my favourite, again the bhalla is made on site and mixed in with our homemade yogurt to give it that authentic home cooked taste.
