We may update or vary our terms and conditions from time to time, so please check this page for the latest version whenever you visit our site. We can also update and vary the terms and conditions by notice on other pages of this website. By ordering from www.rp.cisinlive.com/mumskitchen you are undertaking a contract with Mums Kitchen
We endeavour to describe and accurately illustrate our products available on our website, but please note that colour, text and size variations may occur to goods that are advertised on the website.
ORDERING FROM US
When placing an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement of the order by email, dispatched orders constitute the purchase contract between you and Mums Kitchen, If you have cancelled your order, or if we notify you that we cannot fulfil your order, the purchase contract will not be made.
In the event that we are unable to proceed with your order we will inform you via email. The reasons are stated below:
• If, unfortunately, we do not have your chosen dishes available
• If failure to authorise payment occurs
• If there has been a pricing or product description error
• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions or other policies
• We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When you make a purchase through our website you will be charged in full for the products. Payments are processed through payment merchant ‘Stripe’ , where you can pay by Credit / Debit card.

When you place and order with Mums Kitchen, we need to collect certain information from you; your name, email address, the delivery address & your phone number. This information is then used to process your order and it allows us to contact you to notify you of the status of your order if necessary.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Mums Kitchen send regular email updates to customers to let you know about new products as they arrive or special offers and promotions relating to the company. If you do not wish to receive this information you can simply email us at email@example.com/mumskitchen and put the word ‘REMOVE’ in the subject header.
Mums Kitchen believe in the privacy of its customer’s data and we are in full compliance of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
We do, inevitably collect data from our store customers, including shipping & billing information (but not credit card information) & order information.
Only our senior management have access to this information, however we use Google Analytics which also uses data such as time and location of website access. Personal information is kept for a maximum of 5 years.
